Climate & Soil: Transitional Mediterranean climate, with long hot summer and mild winter, no ground frost. The region has one of the highest values of sunshine for Bulgaria. Soils are mainly loose-textured , lightly stony with a moderate clay content

Winemaking process: grapes are manually selected and sorted before crushing. Cold pre-maceration, temperaturecontrolled fermentation in stainless steel tank. Minimal technological and enological interference is applied
Aging: 7 months in stainless steel
Refining: 1 month in bottle before release
Colour: bright crimson colour
Perfume: raspberries and red forest berries dominate in the nose with a touch of foliage leaves
Flavour: fresh and light-bodied with soft tannins. The vibrant fruity taste shows the grape’s natural characteristics of ripe blackcurrant.
Serving Recommendations: vegetarian dishes, light meat and fresh cheese
Serving: 15-17 degree C
