Winemaking process: Grapes were gathered manually, graded and the four varieties were vinified separately in inox. Blending was done after maturation of the wine.
Ageing: 6 months in French barrique
Refining: 36 months in bottle
Colour & Type: medium intense garnet color with soft glow
Aroma: a complex, elegant nose with interesting accent of warm cotton, black cherry, vanilla and marzipan
Flavour: in the palate dominate notes of berries, basil, black cherry, walnut leaves and tar
Serving Recommendations: meals of chicken or pork with sause, dried sausages, wild game and desserts with dark chocolate
