Winemaking process: Grapes were gathered manually, graded and the four varieties were vinified separately in inox. Blending was done after maturation of the wine.
Ageing: 10 months in French and Bulgarian barrels
Refining: 12 months in bottle

Aroma: deep complex nose with accents of dried meat, sweet red pepper, leather, cherry and sweet spices
Flavour: tight and powerful body with serious aging potential
