Winemaking process: Grapes were gathered manually, graded and the two varieties were vinified separately in inox at temperature 15 – 16 ?C. The wine is blending and aged for 3 months in new Bulgarian 500 l barrels.
Ageing: 3 months in new Bulgarian 500 l barrels
Refining: 12 months in bottle
Colour & Type: beautiful, sparkling, deep gold color
Aroma: intense touches of wax, juniper, tobacco leaf and toasted bread
Flavour: tight, powerful body with accents of pineapple and ripe apple
Serving Recommendations: steamed vegetables, pasta, grilled fish and different variations of roasted duck meat
Serving: 10 – 12 ?C
