Climate and soil type – The climate in this region is influenced by the sea and is known for its cool summer, hot summer, long and dry fall and mild winter. The soil types are various.
Harvesting – Selective manual picking where the sugar content does not exceed 19% for the Muscat and 22% for the Chardonnay.
Production process – The wine is produced through cold fermentation (13 ”- 14 ”С) of the grape juice.
Type – White, dry wine. Residual sugars – max 4g/l
Wine characteristics – This wine is distinguished by its unique yellow – green colour and good transparency. It has rich and intense aroma that combines the typical characteristics of both of the grapes, that take place in the blend. The tropical fruits and melon is given by the chardonnay grapes, and muscat grapes pair it with delicate flower nuances (mostly rose). The taste is smooth and balanced with low acidity and long-lasting fruit-flowerish character.
A dish to pair – This wine pairs well with all the dishes that could be paired with chardonnay and muscat wines.
Serving – The wine is served cooled (9 ”- 12”С).
