Perfume: Elegant fruitiness, reminding cherries and
raspberries, combined with toasted oak and chocolate
Flavour: With prolonged memory, well balanced structure
Serving recommendation: Young goats, Patagonian lamb,
stews, pasta with sauces and soft cheeses
